Associated Music Teachers is an extremely popular music teaching establishment providing tuition in several instruments for those who simply want to learn for their own enjoyment or for those who wish to take music qualifications. 

All lessons take place at 5 Belle Vue Crescent and are taught by graduate teachers who are also high quality performing musicians.

Location

Associated Music Teachers is located at 5 Belle Vue Crescent on Tunstall Road, approximately 150 metres from the roundabout at the junction of Queen Alexandra Road and opposite St Aidan's RC School. 

Belle Vue Crescent is on a major bus route to and from Sunderland City Centre.  There is also ample parking available on Tunstall Road.

We are thrilled to introduce our new piano teacher Andrew Walker. A recent honours degree graduate in music, Andrew has proven to be a popular and enthusiastic teacher with all ages.

Patient, friendly, highly qualified and young, Andrew is a welcome addition to the teaching staff.

NEWS 

 The Arthur Dickeson Memorial Prize (A.B.R.S.M.)

Congratulations  to  Michael Dunlop (year 8)  for achieving Grade 5  Alto Saxophone with 142 out of a possible 150 with the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

Michael was awarded the above prize from the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.

Congrautaltions also go to Kristopher Gray for achieving grade 5 theory with 95%.

Further congratulations to our Year 6 student, Ruth Chapman, who was awarded the Music Scholarship to Sunderland High School in 2011.
